Private Forest Bathing Walk

Beth Rennig provides bespoke Forest Bathing experiences (1 - 12 people)

This experience is open to all levels, beginner through advanced, and all ages are welcome. Enjoy the peacefulness of the forest and receive all the health benefits and connection that nature brings us. Even those new to spending time in nature feel the benefits of the forest, and will leave with a greater sense of how to connect with nature.

Your mindful walk experience will be crafted to meet the needs of you and your group. Many are feeling called to nature exploration, and connection. You do not need to be experienced in the forest to benefit from being in nature. Just bring an open mind and welcome gentle nature exploration. Beth is an experienced guide who can assist where needed, and make adjustments. Each person is welcomed into quiet, contemplative space. Beth also helps you to invoke some light-hearted fun and imagination.

Forest Bathing, developed by Japanese physicians in the 1980s, brings us into an intentional, mindful walk in the forest, while opening our senses.

Want to create an even more memorable experience? Beth can help facilitate special occassions, and celebrations within your group. Birthdays, marriage proposals, and just about anything you would enjoy celebrating together in the forest.

Additional services such as photography, nature art, Reiki, and staged proposals incur additional fees. A signed contract and deposit are required.
